Ootu Beach is set overlooking the turquoise Aitutaki Lagoon with the best swimming locations on the main island of Aitutaki. The lagoon directly off our beach has a soft sandy bottom with both deep and shallow waters.

The Samades complex has 12 Beachside Bungalows and the popular Samade Restaurant and Bar, situated directly on the beach which is open 7-days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Tuesday Island Nite Buffet Dinner and Show is not to be missed.

Samade on the Beach offers a range of on-site activities as well as arranging vehicle hire for your convenience to explore the island. Only walking distance to the departing point for day cruises to the offshore islands.
