At Destination Cook Islands I have set about to list the very best Beachfront Holiday Rental accommodation. Best is an extremely relative term ,so when I say BeachFront Holiday Rental that is exactly what you will get.
There are many places to stay when we travel , and what do they offer you? In some case they can be quite different from what you had imagined in the correspondence and images you were presented with. What appears on the glossy travel brochure ,and what it is in reality, can be dramatically different.

As a personal incident some 30 years ago:
I had booked 8 months ahead into a luxury holiday home that was advertised as having immediate ocean views. The brochure showed the beach and the magnificent views from the decking area. Being newly married and with a 6 month old babe in arms, this was to be perfect get away, time to relax, unwind and enjoy. When the time had arrived and we set forth for our long awaited vacation, and embarked on a 9 hour drive ahead, to get to this wonderful holiday destination, we arrived ... greatly disappointed...
The place we had booked so long ago, and had waited for, for so long, did in fact have magnificent views, and did in fact have a beach in front, the point was, that it took 15 minutes from the deck to drive to the beach, it was that far way.
The picture on the brochure now obvious to us, was taken via a telephoto lens.
I made a mental note, that if I was ever in the position where I would ever represent such things in my life, I would never misrepresent it this way.
So hence, the properties that I will list here, are all handpicked, and will never be more than meters, walking distance to the beach...
